Class Activities 2023-2024
A look at some of what our students had done inside the classrooms last schoolyear.
Summer Classes 2024
Cooking Class
Our children had lots of fun while cooking this summer! We made sure that the kitchen was actually a learning lab where kids can make use of their five senses.
Thank you and congratulations to all the kids who joined our summer cooking class.
Theyβ sure had a blast while kneading, tossing, pouring, smelling, and cutting different foods, all while not being aware that they were actually learning!
Arts Class
Our kids had been busy creating using their imagination and artistry this summer!
Music and Movement Class
Music and movement class enables children to learn new words and concepts through activities such as chanting rhymes, creating sounds using school items and singing songs to learn different words. It also provides children with the opportunity to enhance their social skills, practice taking turns and cooperation. Children also learn how to express emotions in different ways and communicate messages through actions.
Nursery-A Learns Secondary Colors

After learning the Primary colors Red, Yellow, and Blue, our Nursery class were then introduced to the Secondary colors Purple, Orange, and Green by mixing two primary colors.
Our learners were awed by how the colors changed right before their eyes! Color mixing can help practice critical thinking skills like exploring cause and effect through observation of how colors blend together and engaging in problem solving by testing different ways to achieve a certain color.
Go, Grow, and Glow Lesson of Nursery B
A balanced diet includes the correct amount of Go, Grow and Glow foods. Ensuring that kids consume a variety of food from the Go, Grow and Glow groups helps them get the necessary nutrients to stay energetic and maintain good health.
The Nursery B class learned about Grow and Glow foods!
Grow foods work in the body to help us grow and keep us strong and healthy while Glow foods are rich in vitamins and minerals that help protect us from getting sick.

Numbers and Number Words with Kinder 1
Learning the written numerals is similar to learning the letters of the alphabet. Children need repeated exposure and need to connect the written symbol to its meaning. For letters, they connect the written symbol to the letter name and the sound. For numerals, they connect the written symbol to the number name and the quantity it represents.
Matching numerals to its corresponding number words can be intimidating in a preschool classroom. The holistic approach presents learning as something relevant, meaningful and interesting to our learners. Our Kinder 1 class learned to match numerals to its corresponding number word by using a theme and materials that the children are interested in⦠cooking! They also practiced their fine motor skills by using the frying ladle in scooping out their numbered pancake.
Community Helpers: Veterinarian with Nursery Classes
Community helpers are important in our lives. They make our lives better, keeps us and the community safe and help our community function better. Try walking around the neighborhood and you will be surprised just how many community helpers there are.
Letβs watch and see how our little ones from Nursery A and B show us how veterinarians take care of our animal friends
Community Helpers: Fantastic Friday!
Every Friday is an exciting day for our students as this is the day where they learn about the world through thematic units. This month they learned about Community Helpers that help make our lives easier.
For last Friday, the different levels learned about four community helpers: The Farmer, The Fire Fighter, The Baker, and The Teacher.
Christmas 2024

Ended 2024 grateful and blessed for the year that was. Turning each memory into milestones to remember forever.
Thank you to our parents, relatives, and friends for always being supportive of every activity our students did.
May 2025 bring even more opportunities of learning and fun!
Fantastic Friday: Transportation
For our latest Fantastic Friday, we tackled the theme “Transportation” and learned to our amazement that that word included us, people! Simply because we also move ourselves from one place to another.

Circle Time
Helping children function well in a group should be a vital part of any early childhood curriculum.
Just as children are taught table manners, they need to be taught meeting manners.
Circle Time is the perfect context for teaching children how to behave confidently and fairly in a group, and how to take turns talking and listening to each other. ππ»ππ«
